Assurant reviews

#1 - to get to a promotion in the company it's all about who you know and not about your abilities or knowledge. #2 ' one pay raise in 5 years because management never did annual reviews even though your skills and knowledge are excellent. #3 health insurance is horrible since the acquisition . Funny because Assuurant is a health care company. #4 it's a numbers game. You have to make your quota but they raise the quota so high that nobody even those that have done the jobs for 5 years can't make the quota. If you don't make your numbers you get written up (which is a joke in itself) #5 The coordinators and specialist do more work than their supervisors. Seriously one supervisor that I know plays on their phone , googles things all day ,talks to their friends all day long yet we're supposed to make them look good. Ha! #6 when you walk the floor you don't see people smiling or enjoying their jobs anymore.

I don't have any cons. The only bad thing is that the company is closing soon and all employees will have to find other jobs
