      The option to work from home.

      The company does not do a lot of inhouse promotion. This does not allow for employees to advance regardless of degree or tenure.

      Pros

      easy access to the interstate, location is secured, its a job, has benefits, you will get proper training, lots of overseers

      Cons

      the copy does not recognize key players, over worked and underpaid, horrible staffing and managers are rough to deal with, no help from team leads they want to prance around and do nothing, the QA is crap and expects too much from the workers

      Pros

      The benefits were good and as a large organization, there were different opportunities. The managers at ASP are a diverse group with around 50% of them being female. The work you do challenges you and is interesting. Vacation time was generous.

      Cons

      Little to no training for entry level jobs which makes managing more challenging. Highly politicized culture and can be extremely difficult to get promoted. Salary varies so much between two people who do the same job and have similar backgrounds and experience. Going through some very significant changes as a result of a new CEO and market restrictions. Layoffs will continue as the technology advances.
