      -Work from home opportunities -Self managed (mostly) -a good bit of PTO

      Cons

      -Not a lot of useful training -Not many chances for significant advancement - Doesn't pay extremely well - Clients can be difficult and expect you to put up with it

      This has been a good company to work for. Very stressful at times but in IT goes with the territory.

      The health division is being closed or sold off. Corporate parent has decided not to be in the Heath Insurance business.

      Managers up to the VP's - they need to all go! This group of people clearly only got their position based on who they Re buddy-buddy with. Managers and Senior Managers absolutely do not care about employees or developing them. They often have the outlook of "well, if the employee doesn't perform, we will just do what's necessary to fire them." There are way too many temps, which is totally not beneficial for this industry and is more of a hindrance. The pay is an absolute joke, and Many employees make more than the supervisors/managers. The new insurance we got thanks to Assurant taking over is AWFUL! Employees are expected to pay all medal costs up front until you reach your deductible, THEN you can have the insurance cover a portion of the cost until you reach your out of pocket max for 100% coverage.
