Pros

The employee benefits and the onsite amenities.

Cons

None of the other reviews realistically mentions that this company is big on layoffs. This is the only thing that is a constant at this company - layoffs. Management plays favorites as to who they keep. As a result, they typically they keep the employees that are not doing much work or making any significant contributions. The Executive management is located in either New York or Atlanta, so they have no idea of the day to day running of the company. They are only interested in the bottom line and the satisfaction of the stockholders. So every year they have managers look at salaries and recommend cut staff based on salaries that they think are too high. Then they let the staff go and then rehire younger, cheaper staff and rename the previous position so that they can't get sued for replacing someone they laid off. Also, they are laying off the older employees so they don't have to pay higher salaries or pensions.

Pros

Good income potential during open enrollment but then everybody quits. No calls no $

Cons

Most confusing compensation plan possible. Sell a policy and you wont be paid on it for at least 60days. You are monitored on everything you do. Go to the bathroom it counts against you, take to many calls it counts against you. There is a reason they hire 22yr olds right out of college.

Pros

Growing company with lots of exciting changes and potential growth if you are strong enough to tough it out.

Cons

Growth of staff and compensation is reduced by automated processes and outsourcing. Benefits are sub-substantial, someone is making the money but it is not put into the workers compensation or benefits. Poor holiday benefits and be prepared to work semi-rotating shift (working at least one late shift per week). If you work overtime on Saturdays, you are working straight time as you must take off a day during the week to off-set the hours worked.
