      Pros

      - People are staying long time because they pay really good above market - 80% of the workforce works remote - Only 1 day in the NL office needed - Huge company with a lot of resources - Helpful colleagues

      Cons

      - Level of treasury is really low, technically and knowledge wise - CFO Europe and treasury are not alligned as the company works in silos, meaning your department is more important than your regional strategy - Really political, you need to play the game as the direction to follow is not clear. - Micromanaging - Avoid and stops initiatives, hierarchy, slow and bureaucratic. - In EMEA, UK offices/employees have more power (and decision power) than regional one. - Regional offices covering the lack of knowledge from the treasury team.
