6yGiven we are growing rapidly, finding qualified, experienced cantidates is very difficult - when we find cantidates which are "plug and play" we do our best to compensate them appropirately. We want to add experienced personell to our team, but when talent from this pool is not available, we need to goto "Plan B" - it is not optimal, for you descirbed the reasons why, and how it is taxing on our staff. Thanks for sharing your insight and the way you feel - it is appreciated.
