Business Outlook
Pros
Company doesn't micromanage you to death. HR department is incredibly quick to respond to your questions and provides good communication. Feels like a small growing company with decent pay.
Cons
Could provide more benefits toward job training and provide tuition reimbursement. Safari bookstore is about the only extra benefit provided. Insurance could be a bit better, but the cost isn't too bad. I don't see any opportunity for growth inside the company considering they deal with defense contacts.
