Pretty decent money, and once you gotta do something really dumb to loose your job !

Cons

Really Hard to move up considering all of the guys that’s been there for years and it’s hard to get around that, oh and they also don’t pay you by your experience. You Could Be the the best fully certified welder in the entire plant with years of experience and make the same as someone off the street street !

Company allows flexibility for working hours or time off. Smaller company allows for you to handle a machine on your own, without a lot of oversight.

Cons

This company will go through spells of downtime during the beginning of month/quarter. They will then over commit on sales at the end in order to boost results. There really is not much room to grow with only a handful of higher up positions.
