Making a lot of changes rapidly

-Extremely high turnover due to poor compensation, disorganization, and some of the worst internal communication I've ever experienced in a company - certain areas are worse than others -No yearly cost of living raises/adjustments - review system is designed to prevent giving raises - what you hire in at is the salary you will keep until you leave -Systems that are so bad it's almost comical -Highly dependent work experience based on location - some are average and some are very, very poor -Benefits range from slightly below average to well below average (maternity/paternity leave) -No clear direction, strategy changes every few years when old executives quit and new ones come in - 70% of upper management has quit in the last 3 years -Execs totally disconnected from setting realistic goals - too busy being scared of the board of directors to actually give realistic targets -Oracle project is slowly destroying the company and is massively behind schedule -Execs only care about meeting targets one month at a time, any long term vision for improvement is short lived -Facilities are chronically neglected, dirty, and in poor repair
