Pros

Good people. Buddy system in most departments, sometimes got lunch provided, health insurance could be better

Cons

Ridiculous insurance deductible and out of pocket maximum, safety sucks. They preach it being numner one but management does doodoo about it. The plant manager is good but his supervisor sucks. Trys to bring his former "union president" ways to a non-union facility.
