Not a good place to work. Constantly rotating through all three shifts every week starts to drain you rapidly, especially when you’re forced on overtime for months on end. Management is pretty clueless and tend to favor people they would rather hang out with as opposed to those who actually work. Most of the machines are ancient and don’t run well, but no one cares enough to fix anything. I don’t think this place will improve until the current plant manager is gone.

Overtime is terrible but the worst part is it's unnecessary. Management could easily fix it but refuse to hire help.
