The recruiter was helpful and friendly

Cons

They do not value you as an employee. They make sure you remember you are just a temporary employee and your contract can be terminated by them without notice, but require you to give them a 2 week notice before you terminate employment with them. They withheld taxes for the wrong state so I requested a corrected W-2, and asked for this correction in February - and I still (it is May 20th) do not have a corrected W-2. They have stopped answering my emails asking for an update on when this will be completed.

Team culture, good compensation structure for no experience, comped meals all the time or team lunches, bonuses, happy hours, hybrid work.

Cons

A lot of pressure once you’ve shown success, un-equal treatment, mediocre benefits, long-hours, working through lunch and sometimes weekends to be “successful”. High daily call expectations, can sometimes feel like a low-key call center.

Lots of company interaction and team building including dinners, trips and happy hours. Great competitive teams and opportunity for as much growth as you are hungry for.

Cons

The job revolves around gaining contractors who are on temp hires, it is hard to keep building when contractors keep falling off. Very stressful and heavy work hours. No coordinators to help run with the process, everything falls on you.
