      Pros

      They help you when and all you need and short your problems as soon as possible. My HR Shriya was soo supportive all time when I had work related issues. Work environment is friendly.

      Cons

      Have to improve Ramco application more adavance . There is always a technical issue. Better to use Google mail instead of Zoho mail.
