-Great training structure for support teams. -Abundance of information when it comes to your benefits, bonus criteria, and pro structure.

Company went through a restructuring and it destroyed the culture between the support team and the sales/recruiting team since the support team was largely moved out of the field offices and centralized in 2 centers (East and West coast)
