Pros

Aston Carter has remote positions available.

Cons

Horrible communication, does not care how you are being treated at a company, will never follow up on complaints, and if contract has been ended you will never get placed anywhere else. I advise not to go through this agency at all.

Pros

I don’t have any, maybe good response time

Cons

Recruiter got me a job, the job lasted two days!! TWO! Said company figured once they hired a group of us on, they didn’t have the call volume…. Not dependable resources in my opinion. Wasted my time along with no effort to help me look for something else regarding the false outcome.

Pros

- Recruiters very much support one another - For the CLT office, great personal environment - A lot of people to connect with. - Good teams for support (not managers) - Recently started making efforts to create a more inclusive environment.

Cons

- Terrible HR, don't expect support from HR if you are having an issue - Cares more about making the most calls instead of placing quality candidates. Little to no leeway with KPIs, you can have over double the attempted calls or submit the most people in a week but it doesn't matter if you don't hit your (arbitrary) KPIs. - HORRIBLE PAY, for training and full time. Cannot realistically afford area you are living in - No accountability for managers, they can have teams complain about them and nothing happens. - Terrible work-life balance, especially during training. Expect to work minimum 10+ hours and work through lunch. I knew people who had their manager require them to get there 30+ minutes early with no OT. - They do not support mental health - A LOT of tension between teams & upper management. Creating terrible morale. - Most people get exp. for a year or two and then leave for better jobs. - Expect HEAVY favoritism to be played with who gets treated well/promoted. - Jobs regularly get washed/cancelled, making it EXTREMELY hard to build spread and creating a lot of bad feelings with candidates. - Commission is just plain bad. - Do not expect support from HR or upper management
