Pros

Every role offers some sort of additional bonus or commission depending on your position. If you like a role that has clear set goals, this is a great company. The company offers flexibility if you have a doctors appointment during the day or may need to head out early once in a while; ultimately as long as you are hitting your goals you won't have problems.

Cons

This is not always a 8-5 job, there have been times you have to start earlier or work later to get the job done. A lot of your success is based on other people following through on their promises or what they need to do (i.e. contractors or clients)
