      The culture is fun if you are young. Mostly 20-28 year old recruiters. Team outings pretty often and fun events when we got goals operationally

      Cons

      Lots of work load. There are more roles than people and everything has an urgent need. Metrics aren’t based on what you recruit on or how busy your weeks are with various things going on. Just be ready to grind.

      Temp agency gets you into big tech companies like Amazon or Microsoft. Dependent on what recruiter you are working with.

      Cons

      Most recruiters are non-responsive or miss crucial details when working on onboarding logistics. Also, really not great pay considering one's qualifications.
