      Pros

      Aston Carter Temp Agency found contracting work for me to accommodate my work needs, which lead to permanent employment with a company I was contracted to work for.

      Cons

      Contract work for a temp agency can expire when a job contract reaches it term date, sometimes a contracted job may not lead to permanent employment with the company you are contracted with.

      Company cares about its employees. PTO is accrued quickly and management is great to work for and will help anytime you need it.

      Pros

      Lots of company interaction and team building including dinners, trips and happy hours. Great competitive teams and opportunity for as much growth as you are hungry for.

      Cons

      The job revolves around gaining contractors who are on temp hires, it is hard to keep building when contractors keep falling off. Very stressful and heavy work hours. No coordinators to help run with the process, everything falls on you.
