      Good launch pad after college but not a long term career unless you're money motivated & a top performer

      -Good company culture (fun, fast-paced, young) -If you're a top performer, they'll prop you up because you're making the company money -Good entry level recruiting experience -You can get promoted quickly regardless of your tenure -Lots of development/mentorship opportunities
