My experience as a new joinee in the company has been very pleasant. What i loved the most in this whole process of interviewing til joining is :- - My first meet with my team was a Team dinner a couple days before my joining and each one gave me suvh a warm welcome into the team. -This made my first day experience very smooth and it went without any awkwardness which usually happens in evey company. -I was interviewed by the Account Manager, Business Manager and the Director. All 3 were so casual yet professional in making feel comfortable in the interview. -Reaching out to my colleague or supirior is made so easy. - Understanding the process, I can tell that company is devoted to giving the best opportunity to their candidates and the best talent in the market for their clients. So heads up to all those who are already a part of this or are going to become a part of this organization.
Cons
The joining formalities could be a little more smoother, since it it's a very time consuming process.
