It's been a great privilege to be a part of Aston Carter , Everyday is a new learning with great Team collaboration . work culture is excellent where we believe in enabling and building leaders . There is no hierarchy here , everyone is treated equally in every possible way . Its been only 6 months that i have started my career but i have seen a quick professional growth in me . Apart from work , we have book reading clubs , various other fun activities which happens once in a week and great source of refreshment . i feel proud to be a part of ASTON CARTER , ALLEGIS GROUP
