When you work for this agency i guarantee you are getting underpaid and get NO benefits.I can re-call one benefit that was provided and that was an Orca card that would only be valid for one month. Thats honestly very insulting.
When its time for me to receive my bonus check after working certain number of hours, I HAVE to be the one to reach out to them in order to receive it or else they will never mention it.
The way the agency handles layoff's is handled in a very inappropriate way. I sadly witnessed a coworker be escorted out and about 8 others be called at the end of the day with no warnings.
There is no close communication with the agency so be prepared to feel like they are always hiding something from you.
Oh, and let's not forget that there are 2 months of "break" between contracts. They are NOT PAID days so please be careful. I had to eventually find out within coworkers that if you have a re-turn to work date to get a "Stand by" letter and this is something you can provide unemployment to get "some" hours paid for during this time off.
I can go on and on about working for this agency, but I'll just say this, if you are thinking of working for this agency ONLY use it as a steppingstone or else you will not be able to get anywhere.
