      Pros

      Great team environment, team is very welcoming and looking out for each other. Mild competitive spirit. Company events. The type of job where you get what you put in to it!

      Cons

      very quick turn around times for some roles, example: can be working on a role that is niche, but expected to source, screen, conduct referral and submit within a 1-2 day timeframe. Can get a bit stressful if you do not manage your time well. However that being said, the team is usually there for support and can hear feedback

      - Good recruiting principles - Decent recruiter training if you have the right team - Great way to learn on the job - Teaches fresh grads a lot of professional skills in time management, recruiting, and relationship management

      Cons

      - micromanagement - Metrics focused for the wrong reasons - Lack of quality and cohesive leadership - Top down mentality - Focus more on sales than recruiting in career development - Sales is the only real profit making track. If you want a career in just recruitment alone, you won't be able to really grow
