      Pros

      The recruiter's make themselves available to reply the candidate at whatever the time it might be. It is a better option for those who cannot find the opportunities for longer period.

      Cons

      A small disappointment with the package. It is not for the one's with good educational knowledge as the work with client's will be totally different with what we have learnt from college education.
