      Pros

      As a new grad, you learn the basics of recruiting and working in a corporate environment and alongside a younger demographic

      Cons

      Toxic culture pitting recruiters/account managers against each other with the idea that working longer hours is proving your worth and makes you a good employee. Work life balance isn’t something valued here. The workplace could also be uncomfortable with inappropriate behavior. There were constant leadership changes and zero sense of stability within the teams

      It was great to work with Aston Carter. They provide great benefits package, They helped me every step of the way to achieve my goals and enhance my experience and skillset for the assignment I had for my local manufacturing plant. Thanks to them I am now a full time employee
