I'm very fortunate to work with this American Mnc the work culture and treating of employee's is 10/10 Were i do work with N Number of fortune 500 companies that feel can be felt not be explained I never thought as I dint even completed my 4th sem of MBA and placed over here i never ever thought i could have get this much adjustable to the corporate world Thankyou might be a small word allegis and Aston Carter I'm blessed to be part of this organization

Pros

Work life balance has gotten a lot better over the years. Compensation range is varied, very doable to clear 6 figures within your first 2 years. Great team with fun outings.

Cons

Not a ton of growth opportunity for recruiters or AMs. The PL position is highly competitive to get to, and about 5% of PLs get promoted to director. It can also be exhausting dealing with candidates who will be flaky, cuss you out, and ghost you.
