      1. Great working Culture. 2. More focussed on skills development of every individual. 3. What was conveyed during the interview, I am experiencing the same thing. 4. Everyone is very helpful and supportive, we can reach out to anybody without following any hierarchy and everyone is more than happy to help out.

      Cons

      I have not found any cons as such here in the organization. I am happy with my decision of choosing Aston Carter.
