      Pros

      There's flat heirarchy in the organisation. Newcomers are encouraged to reach out & collaborate even to the senior management at any point in time. Everyone goes out of their way to help irrespective of their busy schedules & make you feel included from the day you are onboarded. Work-Life balance is given utmost priority and every employee is trusted to complete their tasks in stipulated office hours. Micromanagement doesn't exist, the managers expect their colleagues to work on their performance as per their expertise & skillsets.
