      Hybrid work schedule after Covid. Depending on the department it may be a 3/2 or 4/1 office to home schedule.

      Cons

      They promote a fun culture and on the surface it is. However, they have unrealistic expectations on performance.

      Opportunity to work and recruit on many different roles.

      Cons

      You’re only valued if you’re surpassing your metrics. You’re sold to join on the alleged money you can make, but to achieve that type of salary you’d have work evenings, weekends and a sprinkle of good luck. Leadership is white and only diversity is at a potluck
