Pros

Excellent meritocratic structure, with a focus on rewarding excellence. Good salaries and benefits, with an average commission structure. Great working atmosphere with polite and well educated colleagues, and a fun environment within which to work in this pressurised industry.

Cons

Aggressive management with a favouritism towards legacy performers. Serious lack of investment in staff. No appreciation for the fact that the staff may actually be brighter than some of the management and have the potential to offer something extra - the problem when dumb people hire bright graduates and money loses its motivating edge...

Pros

Excellent training, great support structure, excellent compensation and clear career path. Genuine equity opportunity for top performers, with many people having already benefited. Really sociable company and team approach to work.

Cons

The working hours are long but the hard work pays off quickly.

Pros

Great potential to make a lot of money

Cons

Get worked like a dog. Must work at least 11 hours a day and some weekends without overtime pay or you will get treated bad or fired.
