Pros
-Depending on the team can have great colleagues - Not as intense as smaller/start up recruitment agencies - Cool clients -Would only recommend if you need a job temporarily to pay bills while you find a better job
Cons
- Long hours 8:30-5:30, but expected 8:15-6:00/6:30 -Low pay and awful commission structure - 26k base and OTE with commission maybe 28k/29k if you’re lucky?? -Lack of diversity in most teams (not all) -Work itself is repetitive, boring and requires so much lying on a daily basis -Inefficient targets that promote quality over quantity
