      I worked here for 5.5 years and overall it was positive. The people are the best part!! Everyone here for the most part is awesome. it was fun, they have great training and I felt supported by my team (did not feel supported by anyone higher than my director including Regional VPS, VPs, and up) they made terrible calls

      It's staffing. clients and candidates can be demanding and flaky There is change for the sake of change that made 0 sense and affected profitability and resulted in a RIF some old-school outdated methodologies cold calling lol how they handled COVID..
