Insight to a larger company that is incredibly selective with hirings. Experience in a job you might not otherwise be able to obtain. Connections and internal contact opportunities.

Cons

Zero opportunity for wage increases, regardless of additional tasks or increased expectations, or even state mandated wage increases. You’ll have a new Point of Contact every 5-6 months. You will not receive any bonuses or any pay incentives that your other coworkers will receive even though you do the same work (if not more).
