Pros

Contingent worker pay is higher than average, weekends off, paid training

Cons

Care for contingent workers is questionable, unpaid holidays, unpaid time off, if you have any medical needs, you need to take care of outside business hours. Post COVID, many doctors offices are not opened passed 5 pm or they take their last patient at 3pm., so feasibility in requesting any human- related needs requires planning if possible way ahead of time and/or possible loss of bonus if excessive time (i.e more than 5 days in a 6 month period) off is taken (legitimate reason or not does not apply).

Pros

Everyone was super nice that I worked with,

Cons

Low pay. Too much work they give you. Not enough training when you first come to the job. They expect you to know everything in 1 week.
