Good company, fine projects, but no clear plan for Indian workforce

They treat you good. Insurance, and rest of the facilities are nice. Personally for me projects are also great, learning is good.

Cons

Their appraisal and promotion system is not soo good. Most of the power and control lies in out of India leadership. They rely on external vendor more than in house expertise.
