      The company is interested in personal development and supports this. The environment is relaxed and friendly. Everybody seems easy to approach and happy to help. Open plan workplace (pro and con). Opportunity to travel internationally.

      Cons

      Open plan workplace (pro and con). Not a lot of parking available and most sites in Cambridge are hard to reach by public transport.
