Training focus, but heavy micromanagement and fear culture

Pros

Time given to focus on training. Good onboarding process.

Cons

Line managers who are not familiar with role therefore not able to guide or advise. Lack of understanding by team members on SOP/procedures resulting in frequent errors. Admin support very stretched or not available due to high work volume and high staff turnover.
