Great Culture, usual reorg pain like any pharma company

Pros

Good salaries, dynamic company, big enough to have multiple paths for advancement.

Cons

Still a little staid because of its British heritage, but that’s not a bad thing. More of a sense of family because of this. Just be prepared - as therapeutic areas or approaches change, opportunities can dry up and new opportunities are often filled by outsiders - that’s just the nature of pharma.
