Pros
Good company culture Great people to work with Good benefits, private healthcare
Cons
Some departments are lacking good management, and they're not handling the right way to improve the retention of staff by hiring people and paying them double the normal salary range of that job which is causing more of the longer competent people to leave. They should be looking after their own first. Some managers do not know the whereabouts of their staff and so plenty of people take days off or are "sick" for long periods of time without anyone noticing or bothering to do anything about it. Seems to be big pay discrepenancies between people doing the same job and they're not very transparent or open to talking about it. Honesty goes a long a way and sometimes they try to cover it up, it just makes things worse. Generally not a bad company to work for but in some areas the culture is deteriorating and needs a overhaul.
