Pros
The access to training and knowledge is extremely good. The compensation package is fair and bonuses are linked to company and personal performance. The pipeline is world class. You get to work with a large number of different types of molecules. Innovation and disruptive thinking are encouraged. Company vision and values are well communicated by senior leadership. Rotational programs allow access to experience working in other departments.
Cons
In such a large company it is fairly hard to get promoted but access to different training opportunities more than compensate.
