Great range of opportunities to grow and , training for up to date technologies accessible, flexible working , Change strategy , encouraging new talents , great Cambridge location, Flexible work time.

Cons

Some older people resisting change and being a blocker to moving forward faster. You have to politically astute as in any larger org to be able to progress , if we only go about doing our job and didn't have a clue , you can be stuck forever in the same position.. Too many managers .. unnecessary meeting culture..waste of time and energy all those weekly meetings .. when talking about agility , meetings need to called for only when needed , not just have for the heck of it ..

I worked for Astrazeneca at the beginning of my career and I have to say this was a great experience. Everyone was very supportive and I had the chance to know and work for all the different HR areas.

Cons

Those where difficult years for the pharma industry and I had to see some reestructuring on the departments.
