Cons
Salary at AstraZeneca APBS is not very high and the annual increment is also not much. The annual bonus is also more heavily dependent on the company's global profit and not so much on your own work performance. This is not so much the fault of the company but more on the nature of accounting, but in the RTR department you need to be prepared to work overtime a lot during the month end closing. There are some nights where it's not surprising to work until 12 midnight (or more).
