unclear career and progression path, Like & Dislike plays a major role in your progression, If a BU manager or director has an issue with you which is most of the time non-business related (Your lifestyle, Who your friends are or what watch brand are you wearing) your progression can halt, simply because s/he doesn't like one of your friends or s/he thinks that you don't need the promotion because you are already wearing a rolex.
