Pros
Interesting work, nice colleagues, learning new things, nice restaurant, good possibility to change work area and still work at the same place. Good work environment - clean and high class.
Cons
Large organization, you can easily get lost. It is a closed world and you can easily loose contact with the "real" world outside. You can easily get spoiled and find it hard to work somewhere else.
