No room to grow. Management expect a lot from person with low level title. Lack of good management. HR listen to you but take no action. Pay scale not fair compare to other biotech companies. Need to know in lab floor, huge noise pollution from Spray Dryer machine that can cause huge damage to your ears. Senior Technicians always complain about your long beaks to manager and wants to work their way rather than working in a team.
