Lower pay and crappy teslas for company car

Salary is low compared to competitors, but good bonus and long term incentives. Career advancement can be difficult depending on the group/function (i.e. difficult to get promoted even if high performer; typically have to wait for someone to leave a role and apply for the open position). Depending on the group/function, work processes are inefficient and outdated (i.e., there is much room for improvement in ways of working to make things more streamlined and efficient).
