Pros

Salary, benefits, people in other departments were amazing. Can really just collect a paycheck without working hard. Looks good on resume for future job prospects.

Cons

Managers will adhere to a stealth layoff process during re-orgs if you are marked for termination or deemed not a culture fit (you speak up). My managers created an incredibly toxic environment for multiple people so they can leave and justify their role replacement. I was hired and never even given a fair chance to succeed the entire time. Incredibly discouraging and eye opening experience overall. Just really shady place without any real culture or psychological safety efforts or ability to grow in the role/company. The money was simply not worth it at all.

Good benefits and great pipeline

Pros

Tons of development opportunity supporting the development of a broad portfolio of products. The benefits are great. Good flexibility in working arrangement.

Cons

Many directors are not engaged as a result of too many layers. Most escalation is managed within project teams, not reporting structures. Upward mobility seems limited as directors stagnate in their role for years. Timelines are set as if the tools such as data and AI systems are in place, however, it is mostly individuals sacrificing personal life to accelerate timelines
