The culture was very strange. Those who had influence/power were not exemplary leaders. It seemed they spent a lot of time worrying about "fact finding" and "building cases" on employees to be ready to remove them if need be, than supporting and building relationships and fostering an environment that people could truly feel good about growing with, and contributing to.

The transparency from the top to the bottom has begun to close up. They keep you out of the loop until big decisions are made that will directly effect your work. Resources have begun to shrink.
