Occupational health have been advised that there has to be a clinical reason to grant home working , even employees with serious ongoing health issues are struggling to secure flexibility with the ‘office attendance policy’. 6. Company values are not adhered to , patient focused companies would care about staff wellbeing- they don’t . And as for a ‘ speak up’ culture , if you speak up no one is listening. 7. Zero carbon policy is an interesting one when forcing commute for no reasons . Global colleagues not able to travel to in person important meetings but senior executives appear to be exempt from this .
