1. This company is full of biased liars. The work environment is EXACTLY the opposite of what they (or their recruiting firms) tell you at the time of job offers. Everything (including where you will be working, what your schedule and task assignment will be, and stability statements) is just a blatant lie that they tell you in order to get a seat filled. 2. This company is worse than blue collar employers when it comes to accommodating employee's needs. Work life balance is just not something in their vocabulary - all they do is extort, cheat, overwork, and use employees (only to discard them if/when they open up).
